First of all only liquid that you are going to drink is water, a lot of water. Just by doing that you are going to lose some extra pounds in days. Believe me! For a successful weight loss you have to almost eliminate carbohydrates from your menu because a carbohydrate is energy and it helps proteins to get into muscles to build them. Our job to lose weight is not to build muscles, only to maintain them, because we don’t want to lose weight with muscles. We want to lose fat only. So this is why we will eliminate carbohydrates from our food menu plan.
The difference will be that we are going to increase proteins in our system so that’s why we have to drink a lot of water to don’t damage our kidneys. You have to drink at least three liters a day.A carbohydrate that you eat is only rise.Proteins that you eat are egg whites, sea fish, chicken and turkey breasts, horse meat, light chicken hot dogs, tuna, light chicken breasts salami and proteins in powder. Now let me give you an example how a day with this diet plan would look like. You will have to eat at least six times a day to fasten up your metabolism.
When you wake up you eat at least 20g of protein and 50g of carbohydrates (100g rise). Next and any other meal consists only of proteins and it consists always at least 20g of proteins. 20g of proteins is in 60g of tuna, 150g of chicken or turkey breasts meat and salami, 200g of sea fish, 10 egg whites and 100g of hot dogs and 25g of proteins in powder.
At every meal you can add a lot of green vegetables. And remember to drink a lot of water. This weight loss diet plan is very successful and it brings results very fast.
