This is how you develop the muscle tone that the world’s most beautiful people have. You’ll need a combination of weight training and cardio to get the body of your dreams.

Now let’s talk about the don’t of weight loss. The first don’t is to not starve yourself. If you begin to starve yourself you’ll eventually go on to binge later on. This is why it’s important to eat 6 small meals each day. Think about how nice it is that you get to eat more frequently.

The second don’t of weight loss is cheating too often. Of course it seems nice to reward yourself with cheesecake after you’ve eaten all of your healthy meals throughout the day. But this could ruin all of the gains you’ve made. I usually cheat on Saturday night when it’s nearly impossible to avoid going out to eat.
