TREADMILL WEIGHT LOSS- HOW TO BURN UP FAT FAST USING A TREADMILL

So you want a way to lose weight with a treadmill

Is there a way to proper treadmill weight loss?

The answer is yes there is and I will show you how to do it in this article. Weight loss is easy on the treadmill you simply need to know hat you are doing

Step one for treadmill weight loss.

Get a treadmill! A good one that allows you to run on it and one that has an incline

Step 2 for treadmill weight loss

Workout on your treadmill 3-4 times a week

To start simply get on your treadmill and walk for 4 to 5 minutes in a slow to moderate speed. This is the warm up session of your treadmill weight loss program

then you should slowly increase speed through an interval and begin to run on your treadmill for 2 minutes. This will increase your heart rate and allow you to succeed at your treadmill weight loss

you need to sustain this highest speed (basically a short sprint) for a maximum for 2 minutes.

When you reach the 2 minute mark you can then slow down to a moderate speed for about 4 to 5 minutes.
Simply cool down for 6 to 8 minutes for your treadmill weight loss

You need to do this back and forth session s on the treadmill for a t least 20 minutes

You will increase the time duration as you get fitter-work yourself to the point you are working out on your treadmill for at least 45 minutes a day

This is going to be a seriously abridged version of my exciting NEW book.

I put this together because it can be an all in one reference guide
to smart steps towards increasing weight loss, and the things
to watch out for. Like the Cookie Monster. He’ll get you in the
middle of the night.

So without further adue, let’s get started. We’ll start from the
beginning. Again, this is gonna be the bare bone basics.

You will need to read the book in order to get it all
explained in detail. This is just to be used as a reminder of what
to do, and what not to do.

Remember to plan your meals ahead of time. Space your meals out.
Go with 5-6 small meals, this keeps your metabolism up all day.

Big meals once or twice a day reminds your body of famine. It tries to hoard everything it
can, and is not sure when the next meal is coming.

Better to play it safe than sorry.

Avoid the Man made foods. It’s very high in calories and useless
ones at that. Avoid pizza, yes we all love it. But a good pizza can
account for the majority of our daily calories. Believe me, I’ve done
the math. Add weight lifting to your regimen. The more
muscle you have, the more calories you burn. Try and do some
aerobic work at least 3 days a week. Wanna a big tip?

Do your aerobic work first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach.
You’ll burn the fat! Some people understand this, and
others don’t really know what this translates to. Put it this way.
The 45 min. aerobic workout you do in the morning, it would take
2 hrs. and 15 min. to get the same effect if you do this
same workout at night!!

Do not drink sodas. Drink only juices and water. A carb/energy
drink is ok for workouts, and actually highly recommended.

Do count your calories. You would be amazed at how many calories
we consume by drinking fluids. Sometimes 2/3 of our allotted caloric
intake for the day.

A quick and easy formula to find your recommended caloric intake is
to take your bodyweight and multiply by 10. This is your recommended
daily caloric intake. Very simple.

Vitamins, take them. In my book I cover a few vitamins that have been
proven to help you lose weight. A few of them are Vitamin C,
Chromium Picolinate, and Calcium. We also discuss vitamins that
overweight children are deficient in.

Drink water, and lots of it. Drinking 10 glasses a day stops water
retention. Less weight and you avoid looking bloated.
Try not to eat after 6 p.m. Your metabolism has pretty much shut down
by then. For a snack try Air popped popcorn or a protein shake an
hour or two before you go to sleep.

Eat to live, don’t live to eat.

Weigh yourself daily. Same time every day. Make adjustments as
necessary. On my 10 wk. program it is absolutely no problem to lose
up to 25 lbs. of unwanted weight.

Train your abs daily. Yes they are pesky. But a 15 min. daily investment
will give you the look you want. I recently did one of those ab contests,
put it this way. They wouldn’t even submit my photos. You should have
seen the top 10. Very curious.

Weight loss doesn’t need to be this complicated!

There are low fat, low carb, low calorie, and even
liquid diets. There are dozens of pills and plans promising the
world with quick weight loss. I am sure, while you’re reading this article, someone is dreaming up another “quick fix” solution to the ever growing obesity epidemic.

I would like to tell you an eye opening weight loss related story about Jill, a person I consulted with.

Jill, a 35 year old single women in Los Angeles, had a first date last Saturday night with whom she called “Mr. Perfect.”
Because the dinner date was at 8:00 pm, she told her girlfriends
she needed to start getting ready at 6:00 pm. Jill wanted to look the best she could, therefore, her outfit and accessories were planned days in advance. She picked out a dress she wore only once, last year, which generated rave reviews.

As Jill anxiously dressed for her big night with “Mr.
Perfect,” she shockingly couldn’t squeeze into her tight dress.
Instant panic! It didn’t fit, and her night was ruined. She
felt fat, unattractive, and downright disgusted with herself.
Jill told me she wanted to cancel the date and hide.
Does any of this sound familiar?

I am sharing this story with you because this is exactly how the weight loss, diet roller coaster can begin.

After feeling horrible about herself, a distraught Jill frantically began searching for the quickest weight loss solution possible. Jill said “whatever it takes, I need this off now!”

The next day Jill was bombarded with dozens of different
complicated, and confusing solutions. Pills, exercise, low carb,
liquid, South Beach, Beverly Hills, and the Grapefruit Diet.
She called me, in an extremely emotional state, to ask which diet was best.

After carefully explaining that weight loss can be very easy
as long as she stepped back and understood and followed a basic, rational system I began to share with her.

It is time to stop making weight loss so complicated! It can be
extremely easy if you understand and follow the simple system
I shared with Jill. The system, I am referring to, has been outlined below for your benefit also.

1. Determine your maintenance calories by writing down every
thing you eat for 7 days. This includes even the little piece of cheese or chocolate, or the sugar and cream you might have put into your coffee. Make sure you don’t alter your diet in any way throughout these 7 days. This is considered your typical 7 day diet recall.

2. Use a calorie counting book and account for each and every calorie you took in. Figure out the calorie content at the end of each day.

3. Add up the calories for all 7 days to get the grand total.

4. Take the grand total and divide by 7. This will
equal your daily maintenance calories - the amount
of calories required to maintain your present bodyweight.
(You have to assume you neither gained nor lost weight while
recording these numbers.) This method will take into account
individual metabolism, and physical activity levels.

5. To lose 1 pound of fat per week, you must find a way to
decrease your caloric intake by 500 calories per day for
seven straight days. Consistency does count. If you wish
to increase your physical activity by 250 more calories per
day, all you need to do is cut 250 calories each day from your
maintenance number identified above.

Take a close look at your 7 day recall, and determine which foods you can either cut down on, or eliminate. Look at portion size, high fat foods, sugar based beverages, and desserts.
