Many people have followed this diet, some having great success, and some not. It’s one of those things where you won’t really know if it works for you until you try it. While I’m sure that’s true for some people - everybody has different body types and fat loss needs, so I wouldn’t count on losing that much, but since it follows a strict protein and carb shifting eating plan, you will probably shed some pounds during this short time.
